
In these conditions and unless the context requires otherwise “we”, “us” and “our” means Luxury-Spa-Breaks.com, “you” means the customer(s) that will be placing a booking through Luxury-Spa-Breaks.com, “spa venue” refers to the venue of the customers package/treatment(s) and “website” means www.luxury-spa-breaks.com where all of our activity occurs through.
We act as an agent between you and the spa venue. The contract for the booking is between you and the spa venue only and any contractual relationship arises entirely between these two parties. You should ensure that you are satisfied with all of the spa venue’s terms and conditions/ arrangements prior to making a booking. All packages are subject to availability at the time of booking. By making an enquiry/booking you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this page.
The spa venues reserve the right to change your confirmed treatment/package time. Should this changed time not be suitable for you we will endeavour to find you a suitable alternative, where you may have to pay any additional costs. If you wish to make an amendment to your booking after the confirmation email has been sent we will try to make your required changes, but ultimately the decision is down to the spa venue.
We have taken the utmost care to ensure that all information and prices displayed on our website are accurate. The descriptions of the spa venues along with details of packages and prices have been provided by the spa venue, who hold all responsibility for any incorrect information. While the information contained within the site is periodically updated, no guarantee is given that the information provided in this website is correct, complete, and/or up-to-date. We reserve the right to change any errors on our website at any given time, without notice.
We accept no liability whatsoever for the spa package/treatments and arrangements that the customer has booked. If you have a complaint regarding any element of your package/treatment we recommend that you inform the Manager on duty at the spa venue during your visit. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved we will do our best to help resolve any issue. If you have a complaint regarding any service we provide (and not that of those provided by the spa venue) you must inform us within 7 days of your departure date. We cannot accept any liability after this period. Any liability by us (regarding a service we provide) is limited to the commission we have earned, or are owed in relation to the spa booking concerned.
By making a booking with us you agree to accept full liability for any damage or loss to the spa venue/persons caused by you or any member of your group during your spa package/treatment.
If you (or anyone in your group) has high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or has had cancer in the last 5 years, you should inform your chosen spa venue before arrival.
If you have any special requests, you must advise us at the time of booking. We will do all we can to meet your requests, although we can’t guarantee that the spa venue will be able to meet your requests.
Certain spa venues may have strict dress codes, which you must check before you travel. We accept no liability for you being refused entry at the spa venue due to inappropriate attire, so please check that you and your group are aware of these before travel.
We will at all times provide the customer with expertise, care and an unprecedented level of professional and secure service. We treat every customer as an individual and match the correct package to the customer’s specific requirements.
After you make an enquiry, we will check availability on an individual basis with the spa venue before informing you of any suitable availability based on your requests.
Once a spa package/treatment has been chosen by you and confirmed by the spa venue, we will email you confirmation of your booking with us, which will advise of the outstanding balance due (at the time of send) to be paid upon departure of your chosen spa venue. The confirmation email will also contain any important information regarding the spa venue and your booking.
You are advised to check that all details in your booking confirmation are correct and advise us of any changes. Your booking only includes the package and/or treatment(s) as described in your confirmation email. We accept no liability for any other materials consumed at the spa venue outside of your confirmed package.
At most spa venues all we need from you to secure your chosen package/treatment(s) is your credit/debit card details to act as a guarantee against your booking. However some spas require a deposit to be paid at the time of securing a booking. Where this is the case we will take your details and pass them onto the spa venue who will take the relevant deposit, which you will be informed of at the time of booking. No money will ever be taken from your card by us.
If you do not adhere to the spa venues cancellation policies, they have the right to take any necessary cancellation charges using the card details you gave as security against the booking, which we will pass on to the spa venue. You should familiarise yourself with your chosen spa venues cancellation policies before making a booking.
After completion of your spa package/treatment you will be required to pay the spa venue directly upon departure of the venue.
We will only keep your card details until your payment for the spa venue or any applicable cancellation charges have cleared. We will then dispose of your details securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Full details of our data protection policy can be seen here.
When you sign up to receive our special offers, your email address will only be used to send you (the recipient) special offers, exclusive promotions and newsletters. Your email address will only be used by us and will not be passed on to any other company/agency.
Your booking with us, and all subsequent issues that arise from your enquiry/booking, are governed by English Law.
