Location and How To Get There
Arriving By Car
Woolley Grange Hotel and Spa is located just outside Bradford-On-Avon close the the M4, Bath and Chippenham. The hotel's address is: Woolley Grange Hotel and Spa, Woolley Green, Bradford-On-Avon, Wiltshire, BA15 1TX.
Directions:
Leave the M4 at junction 17 and head south on the A350 to Chippenham. At the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway turn right and follow the bypass (this takes you over several roundabouts). At the fifth roundabout, take the right turn to Corsham and Bath on A4. Just after Pickwick, a village on the A4, the road to Bradford on Avon forks to the left (B3109). Follow this road over mini roundabouts and on until you reach Box Fiveways junction. Go straight over and follow this country road through Bradford Leigh. Just after Bradford Leigh there is a crossroads with the A363 and Woolley Green (and Trowbridge) are signposted to the left. Turn left and after half a mile you will come to Woolley Green. As the road bends round to the left take the right turn and the entrance is the first on the right.
Travelling By Train
The nearest train station to Woolley Grange is Bradford-On-Avon, which is one mile from the hotel and has regular services from London Waterloo. There is a regular service from Paddington to Chippenham and Bath.
Arriving By Air

Treatments
You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your treatment. If you have a treatment booked, please check in at the hotel reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure you receive the full allocated time. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, this time will be deducted from the therapy time.
Bookings
Advance booking is essential to avoid disappointment. We reserve your booking with your credit/debit card details and then you pay Woolley Grange on departure.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your spa break or spa day package Woolley Grange Hotel and Spa Hotel require you to give 48 hours notice prior to arrival. For additional treatments, Woolley Grange Hotel and Spa require 24 hours notice prior to arrival. For groups of 10 or more at least seven days notice is required. Should you cancel after these times 100% cancellation charges apply and will be taken by Woolley Grange Hotel and Spa from the card details you gave to secure your booking.
Dress Code
You are welcome to enter the spa in your bathrobe or gym clothes. In the hotel, the dress code is smart casual with no trainers or jeans in the restaurant.

Complimentary parking is available at Woolley Grange in Wiltshire.
Changing Rooms
Changing rooms and lockers are available for you to use during your stay.
Children
Children stay for free when sharing a room with their parents and can use all of the facilities free of charge. There is a Children's menu, with all food for children charged as taken. Complimentary use of the Ofsted–registered Woolley Bears Den club is available for residents (up to two hours at any one time). Complimentary baby equipment and baby listening services are available, however there is an extra charge for babysitters. In addition, children are allowed the use the pool when accompanied by an adult. For treatments a minimum age of 16 applies.
