Terms and Conditions
Ragdale Hall spa days are subject to availability. Ragdale Hall spa days must be paid in full at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel Ragdale Hall Health Hydro will take the following scale of charges:
• 1 months notice or more: £25 per person administration fee (the remaining deposit will be returned)
• 14 days to 1 month: The full deposit will be retained by Ragdale Hall
• Less than 14 days notice or failure to arrive: The full depsoit will be retained plus Ragdale Hall will take additional charges to cover the cost of the stay.
