The Bath House Spa Retreat is the definitive rural escape, combining the luxury, comfort and delicious cuisine of New Park Manor with the relaxing, rejuvenating, invigorating, restorative spa therapies of the spa. New Park Manor is the most beautifully located luxury hotel in the New Forest and, now that it benefits from a fabulous stand-alone spa, it has become a perfect spa destination if you want to escape from your busy day to day life and give yourself a much needed therapeutic boost.

Enjoy the tranquil serenity of the spa garden where you can sit with a fruit smoothie or a healthy dish from the spa menu, only a few yards from roaming deer and New Forest ponies. Here you might also like to languish in the Canadian hot tub where guests love to unwind any time of the day... or night!

Rooms and Suites

At New Park Manor your room is not just a place to sleep. It’s also a place to lounge, chat, listen to music and generally chill out after your soothing and sensual spa experience. The beds are big and bold and the duvets luxurious. All rooms benefit from fine fabrics, quality toiletries from Culpeper and other little touches to create the perfect welcome from the moment you first open the door. Some rooms have original period features and others boast delightful parkland views which all combine to create a unique experience.

Classic Rooms – Country Classic 7 rooms/Classic 2 rooms

These cosy and lovely rooms are on the top floor in the attic of the Manor and feature sloped ceilings. All are decorated individually in a true English Country House style, have lots of charm and a great sense of history – long ago, these were the original rooms used by the servants to King Charles II.



Manor Rooms – 4 Rooms

Also located in the original part of the Manor, on the first floor, all Manor rooms are decorated individually in a truly traditional English country house style. They once accommodated the house guests and are more spacious with larger windows looking out to the gardens. Most are a double style but there
is one twin room available on request.



Forest Rooms – 8 Rooms

These stylish and luxurious rooms echo the hotel's Forest Wing contemporary theme and all enjoy the early morning sun and a wonderful outlook across the paddock. Each room is individually decorated in a contemporary /classic style, yet each reflects the age and history of the manor so well.



Four Poster Rooms – 2 Rooms   1 suite

Representing the highest level of accommodation at New Park Manor to help you feel like the king himself – who knows; one of these rooms might well have been the room in which Charles II used to stay. The luxurious four-poster rooms are more traditional with classic furniture, leaded windows and original period features. Fabrics are rich, scatter cushions plentiful and chairs designed for sitting in rather than simply looking good.




Terms and Conditions



All Bath House Spa breaks are subject to availability and only available Sunday to Friday. Prices shown are per week night based on two people sharing a Manor room (unless stated). Single occupancy rates are available at a supplement of £50. Bookings at the weekend are generally for a minimum of two nights (for a bank holiday weekend, three nights are required). Check in is 2pm with check out at 11am. Lunch is not included in the spa break packages, however it can be purchased on the day. Please be aware that because of the sloped ceiling height the Classic and Manor rooms are not able to offer a full standing shower facility. They do, however, have a hand held shower attachment on the bath. Full modern shower facilities are freely available in the Bath House Spa. Should you need to cancel The Bath House Spa require you to give 48 hours notice prior to arrival. If you cancel after this time 100% cancellation charges apply and will be taken by New Park Manor from the card details you gave to secure your booking.
