Location and How To Get There

Arriving By Car
If you are travelling by car, New Park Manor can be found along Lyndhurst Road, Brockenhurst, New Forest, Hampshire, SO42 7QH. The hotel and spa is only 8 miles south of junction 1 of the M27 and 95 miles from London.
Travelling By Train
The nearest train station to Bath House Spa is Brockenhurst, which is around 5 minutes from the spa. London Waterloo to Brockenhurst takes 90 minutes.
Arriving By Air
New Park Manor is around 16 and 18 miles from Bournemouth and Southampton International Airports. London Heathrow and Gatwick are only 90 and 125 miles away and there is also a heli-pad on site.

Opening Hours
Bath House Spa is open 7 days a week: Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm, Saturday & Sunday, 8am to 8pm. Treatments: Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 8pm, Sunday 10am to 6pm. These hours may be altered according to their terms and conditions.
Cancellations Policy
Should you need to cancel your spa break or spa day package New Park Manor require you to give 48 hours notice prior to arrival. For additional treatments, New Park Manor require 24 hours notice prior to arrival. For groups of 10 or more at least seven days notice is required. Should you cancel after these times 100% cancellation charges apply and will be taken by New Park Manor from the card details you gave to secure your booking.
Treatment Time
In order for Bath House Spa to provide you with the best possible care, they request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. As a courtesy to our other spa clients they endeavour to ensure that treatment times are adhered to and consequently may not be able to treat clients who arrive late. Bath House Spa regret that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatment times.
Health & Safety
A treatment consultation form will be completed prior to your first appointment and up-dated on subsequent appointments. It is vitally important that you inform your therapist if you are or suspect that you may be pregnant. Please ensure that you fully inform Bath House Spa of any medical conditions (or changes to your medical status) or if you are undergoing any medical treatment or taking prescribed medication. Some treatments may be contra-indicated by certain medical conditions, however, Bath House Spa will endeavour to provide you with an alternative treatment.
Changing Rooms
The spa changing rooms have lockers for safe storage of your belongings. If you require a locker key they can be exchanged for your membership or room ID card. Hairdryers, costume spinners and amenity products (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel) are provided for your convenience.
Juice Bar
The Juice Bar serves breakfast from 7.30 am and provides a menu of freshly prepared dishes throughout the day, together with a range of health and vitality inducing juices, smoothies and herbal teas. Ingredients are sourced locally and are organic wherever possible and food is freshly prepared to the highest standard on site.
A low salt and low calorie seasonal menu has been created. However, their chefs appreciate that we are not all diet conscious and provide a range of scrumptious treats, delicious coffees and a selection of bottled beers, wines and champagnes. Spa Members are also able to dine in the hotel restaurant or the more relaxed Polo Bar, where cocktails can be enjoyed on the hotel terrace.
Children
Bath House Spa regret that for health and safety reasons persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted to use the spa facilities, although every day between 8-10am and 3-6pm daily children are permitted to use the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult.
Water Therapy
In order to achieve maximum benefit from your treatments and spa experience, it is vital that you re-hydrate and drink plenty of water during your visit.
Alcohol
Alcohol should not be consumed prior to using the wet spa area or prior to having treatments.

Mobile Phones
Bath House Spa aim to provide a tranquil environment for your complete relaxation and therefore request that all mobile phones are turned off for the duration of your visit.
Smoking
Bath House Spa is a non smoking environment.
